Six Things That Matter

Published Prices in CAD

Every programme has one price, stated in Canadian dollars, before any session is booked. There are no add-ons, follow-up charges, or adjustments after the fact.

Outaouais Region Knowledge

We work in and around St-André-Avellin. The programmes reflect the document types and registry practices specific to rural Québec — not a generic national template.

Materials You Keep

Every session produces a tangible output — a printed checklist, labelled dividers, a glossary, or a template pack — so the work continues after the session ends.

Defined Scope, No Surprises

Each programme has a written scope shared before booking. You know exactly what is covered and what falls outside the programme, so there are no unexpected requests mid-session.

Written Follow-Up Included

The Realtor Team programme includes 45 days of written follow-up. Questions that come up during the first live transactions can be addressed without scheduling a separate session.

General Education Only

Our programmes explain how records work and what terms mean. We do not assess individual situations or provide guidance on any personal matter — the boundary is observed throughout.

What Each Benefit Means in Practice

Local Expertise Developed Over Time

Years of working with households and brokerage teams in the Outaouais region means the programmes are shaped by real questions that arise in this setting. The Family Records session, for example, is designed around the types of property and family documents that are actually common in rural Québec — not a generic checklist built for urban clients.

  • Sessions shaped by local document types
  • Familiarity with provincial registry practices
  • Community context informs every example

Programmes Built Around Simplicity

We have refined each programme so it requires nothing from you beforehand. The Family Records session needs no preparation — bring whatever you have. The Realtor Team programme fits within normal working schedules. The Estate Terminology Series runs as four 75-minute sessions with a replay available for 120 days.

  • No preparation required for household sessions
  • Team programme fits normal working schedules
  • 120-day replay access for the series

A Pace That Lets Questions Get Answered

We are a small office and work with a small number of clients at a time. That means sessions are not rushed. If something needs a second pass, we take that time. A question asked at the end of a session receives the same attention as one asked at the start. Written follow-up ensures this continues after the session ends.

  • Small client load means genuine attention
  • Questions answered thoroughly, not briefly
  • Follow-up in writing for the team programme

One Price, All Materials Included

CAD 140 for the Family Records session, CAD 480 for the Realtor Team programme, CAD 910 for the full Estate Terminology Series — each includes all printed and digital materials. The price does not change based on the number of documents you bring or the number of questions you ask.

  • All materials included in the stated price
  • Prices stated in CAD before booking
  • No variable charges based on session content

Systems That Can Be Maintained Without Us

The goal of the Family Records session is a filing system a household can use on its own for years without needing to call us again. We set a review date, leave a checklist, and make sure a second family member knows where to find things. The systems are designed for independence, not ongoing dependence on our office.

  • Systems designed for self-maintenance
  • Review date set during the session
  • Second family member included in the handover

Distinctive Features of Our Approach

A Ledger-Style Handover Sheet

The Realtor Team programme includes a per-transaction handover sheet that records who completed each step and when. This is not a generic checklist — it is a structured record designed to work as an internal reference for any team member who picks up the file.

Fictional Records Throughout

The Estate Terminology Series uses entirely fictional records in every worked example. No participant's documents or circumstances are used as teaching material. This keeps the educational boundary clear and protects all participants.

A Second-Location Copy Plan

The Family Records session includes a step for establishing where to keep a second copy of the most important documents. This is a simple, practical step that most households have not taken — and one that matters when documents are needed quickly.

Community Group Pricing

The Estate Terminology Series can be arranged for community groups, libraries, and associations at rates that reflect the group context. Contact us to discuss scheduling and delivery format — in-person and remote options are available.
